Cancel a subscription only to find out...

Cancel a subscription only to find out in March they charged me for a whole year. I had never paid for a year at a time, but sure, go right ahead and charge me for something I have had zero use for this year.
ESPN+ was for watching the UFC fights; Paramount takes care of that. Funny how my Disney subscription got canceled and stayed canceled. And why in March? $129.99 for a year's worth of nothing.
There was no charge for January or February, then $129.99 on March 4th.
I've been trying to get refunded ever since. I still see no cancellation e-mail from ESPN+, sooooo...?

How do you as a commentator and a fan of hockey worship a team as a moderate Im not a fan of either team but dang that *** loves the stars very disappointing to hear that horrible representation of hockey very disappointing for espn to choose a very bias commentator.

Dear ESPN Support Team,
I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a stop to all associated charges.
Despite previously cancelling my membership, I continue to be billed monthly. I had duplicate transactions and ongoing issues following Disney's acquisition of ESPN.
Although I cancelled my Disney subscription, I was unaware this would affect my ESPN account, and the charges have persisted.

I cancelled my ESPN+ subscription it is paid to September 26 2026. When I tried to log in, ESPN+ Said my subscription was deactivated.
I still have close to 5 1/2 months left on my subscription. I would like a refund for the service I paid for but will not receive.

Disappoint in your customer service
- - Dissatisfied with ESPN Plus streaming and support.
- - Audio and video issues occur on most games.
- - April Z claimed no issues and did not follow up.
Don’t purchase earn unlimited or any of their streaming services. It’s poor quality and horrible customer service. Worst I’ve ever dealt with.
Louis University baseball games, and the productions have been horrible and very unprofessional. My high school students put on a better production than your so-called professional service. Almost every game has had issues with the audio and/or video. Last Friday, there were many issues throughout the game.
I called customer service, and the supervisor, April Z., said tech support said there were no issues. I sent her video of the issues happening at the same time over and over, showing that it wasn't my connection or app, and gave her many times when more things happened. She said she would call me back after looking into it the next day, and 8 days later, still no call. That's your customer service agent, April Z., and she's a supervisor, which is a joke.
If that's how your supervisors respond, maybe new training needs to be done. I'm considering contacting the BBB and lodging a complaint.

Your NBA camera angles and production are making me physically nauseous. Please stop trying to be funky and just let us watch the game. It's awful!

I watch sports 24/7, and your network is never considered for me or anyone I know for sports information. Since you obviously don't care about who you hire and try to force on us, we get our sports and information elsewhere.

They hung up after two rings. They do not honor the paid service included with the Disney subscription. They cannot be reached.

Extremely difficult to navigate their website for a Canadian Snowbird once they are back in Canada. Seems it doesn't like Canadian IP addresses.

Complaint about Pat McAfee
On his March 11th show, Pat McAfee referred to the Italian baseball team as those 'stupid Italians.' Mr. McAfee should be required to apologize on the air. I have been a long-time viewer of ESPN and am thoroughly disappointed to hear such disrespect.
